    what is happening to the Xbox support?


    For the last month or so I've been trying to get direct support regarding some issues, and a technician was helping me, and then all of a sudden decided to stop helping me. I can't even respond to his last message to me because it keeps saying the email
    address does not work. but it was working before. This is like the 5th time I had to open up a new ticket just for the same problem. I posted the problem on the forums and never got any help and was recommended to contact Xbox support directly, I tried using
    Twitter and that's almost impossible because you can only type in 150 characters, and they don't respond back when you need assistance, they only respond when they feel like it and they recommended me to contact support directly also giving me direct contact
    to them. so that's what I've been using until they decided to stop helping me.

    what the hell is happening

    Hello andy! Have you checked out our System Update sticky post? (forums.xbox.com/.../153327.aspx) It has a lot of great steps you can try, including
    connecting your console directly to your mode via an ethernet cable, bypassing your router. This should resolve the issue in your case. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes! what is happening to the Xbox support? :D

    Apologies about the support agent ignoring the issue but if you post it here on the Forums you'll receive lots of assistance from the Staff to users who know what they are doing.

    I will be glad to assist you if you need help just reply to this thread. They Recommend you contact the support directly because it is faster and they have tons of users that need assistance just like you and all support groups have different tools to access
    your account or access your console to fix what ever the issue is.

    Sorry, but I've already tried that posting in the forums it was not getting anywhere. I tried twitter and that wasn't working so they told me to call xbox support directly. Which I did but they keep closing my case and not answering my questions and I
    have to start a new one each time. My question if you wanna answer it is why are they closing my case forcing me to open new case all the time?

    I have dealt with xbox support in the past and they were amazing. They knew the products could be defective and did what they could to fix whatever issue came up.

    I went and bought these xbox1x a year ago. Right from the box it had issues. I contacted they'd give me the typical fixes and it would work then it wouldn't. My xbox keeps shutting off saying it is overheated. I called them often, and everytime it was
    the same. Finally they put in a support order, then covid happened and getting it shipped back became difficult. I called they said no problem. My warranty ended. I called and again she said send it that'll extend it no issue. I hung up and she summarized
    the call in an email saying issue with remote.. then canceled the repair order. I've called everyday since. I have been hung up on, transferred to nowhere, until today where they said oh well the warranty is over good luck with your 500.00 paper weight.
    My question is where did the good customer service go?
    support.xbox.com and you can see a list of problems u might have choose whatever it is and either community will help or online agent or they can call you back depending on the problem.
