What is happened at Xbox 360 Marketplace???

your console.

I agree with Capcom23. The fact that you may be able to re-download something you've already purchased once it's removed from the marketplace is beside the point. There are numerous reasons why I won't purchase DL games. But even talking strictly about the
ability to re-download something, that is reliant on someone maintaining the same account indefinitely and the servers for that particular console remaining functional.

[/quote]That does suck. Try locating it in your download history through your profile on Xbox.com. Maybe you can access a re-download from there??

I hate to break it to you but sometimes you can not just go to your history and re-download the game.
I have recently had the same trouble with Dreamfall: The longest journey 2. an old Xbox Game I bought a while back and it had gone from Live completely. Even the chap at support didnt have a clue where it had gone and he said he saw it in my download history.
The problem became escalated.
I recieved an email two days later from Microsoft to re-download it but I ciuldnt get it working still. I just gave up and wont be buying anymore old Xbox classics.
It's not always as easy as you make out..

removed is because the company that distributes it no longer exists (I don't know if that's the case with Destroy All Humans)? That has happened before (all Midway games).

Companies go out of business all the time. The thing is, I can still find copies of Midway games, because they physically exist.
