    i think there most be some kind of mistake around here because i already explained the situation more than once .

    the support team told me that you was taking care of the case that a report was sent to you in order for teh case to get solved and that was back in september .

    im i supose to trust on you guys from xbox or not ? that is the error i got no matter the email i used and thats why i contacted support team i thought was a problem with the account not the giveaway and the awser i got from them was that the situation was
    sent to you and rangers in order to be solved. why would i come here nad open 2 cases for the same thing if you was already dealing with it ? you guys really need to talk and solve things so teh costumers dont have to be the ones losing things because of
    this situations

    so whats going to go wrong ?

    I'm thinking roughly the same thing.

    The up clocks don't seem to be that major a step up and the device is huge so it should have some big fans, heatsinks and good airflow. The hardware isn't too dissimilar to the PS4 (in terms of both using AMD x86 chipsets) and the PS4 is much more compact so the Xbox One should be able the cope with the heat.

    MS must have learnt from the overheating of the early 360s and from what they showed off at the reveal event it seems like this box has been well tested.

    According to Gizmodo who did an interview with Xbox's General Manager of Console Development Leo del Castillo the Xbox One should be able to regulate the heat and know when it is overheating - The Xbox One Can Tell When It's Overheating, and Adjusts to Fix It

    This could help the system to know when to increase the fan speed or when to alert the user that it is getting too hot and will need to shut down.

    Also by reports the noise levels shouldn't be too bad either, but that could change when a Blu-ray is playing as the disc has to be read or when the console is getting hot and the fans start spinning up - Xbox One is designed to be always-on for 10 years • News • Eurogamer.net

    I too don't think overheating will be an issue but a network issue, all those millions of people trying to download the mandatory day one update at the same time is going to be fun, oh you just know this forum is going to be full of people screaming 'what the HELL is this ...' lol

    As already explained, phone and chat support do not handle the Rewards program at all. They should have told you to post here in the first place instead of telling you they were handling it. Rewards support does not have access to anything phone or chat
    does so they cannot check into any of the conversations you've had with them. You would need to contact them for any sort of compensation since they were the ones who have you incorrect information. There is nothing forum support can do because you did not
    contact them directly during the promotion. Since the promotion is over, there is nothing else they can do. Posting duplicate threads will not help and can lead to you being banned from the forums.

  5. do you think i didnt talk with the support team and already told them they have to compensate for the mistakes they made ?

    i did that a lot of times already and they acept it was their mistakes but they say to come here and ask it because they dont have acess to anything they cant give anything .

    i left posts on the fóruns while the promotion was on but on the promotion team as they told me either to do it , to the rewards on twitter either but never got one awser.

    im tired of people sending me from place to place even assuming they did **** , about the duplicated posts it would be easy if they stopped closing the posts after their awsers

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Rewards Account region and your Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change
    your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your US Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Argentinian Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
    account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.
