    What is going ON?!?!


    Notning on my xbox is working, i havent even had it for a year(spent $300) and i cant even download a game on it now, nor can i access anything on it after half an hour without there being an error telling me to cold reset my system, and when im told to
    clear my local save, THE SCREEN GOES BLACK AND NOTHING HAPPENS!! Ive been trying everything for the past 2 days, and when i say “everything” i mean wiping the entire xbox, because that’s the only solution provided everywhere ive searched, sometimes i cant
    even access my NETWORK SETTINGS, how is a company worth over millions of dollars going to come out with a console that isnt even equipped with a fully functioning settings category?? And on top of everything else, ive set up and payed for a send in repair,
    and they have yet to send me a simple email telling me how to fix the console, and its been HOURS, ive been playing xbox for years, but i can say confidently that the the lack of effort put into the support system when theres a problem that cant be solved
    by restarting the console is horrific, waiting 3 hours to get a call, just to tell me they cant help is insane, do better, Microsoft.

    What is going on?

    On your console go to MY XBOX>Select your profile>Select ONLINE SAFETY SETTINGS>CUSTOM...now scroll through the options and make sure you have your voice/text comms set to everyone or friends only.

    Hello Gamers R 1st,

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    Whats going on????

    At one point when I tried to sign in there was a note to go to News to find out how to correct the error however I do not know how to get to News. I also tried uninstalling & re-installing but still not able to sign in to sudoku. I am able to et into mahjong
    & solitaire without any problems
