    WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THESE NON EXISTENT ERROR CODES???


    I turn on my Xbox One and get and error code, 0x90010108. I look the code up and Support says that it does not exist. HOW DOES THE BOX GIVE A CODE THAT DOESN'T EXIST???!?!!??

    Then I go into the forum to find that others are getting this SAME CODE!! This started last night 6/17/2017 after the xbox downloaded and update that I had NO CHOICE but to allow the system to install. WTF IS GOING ON MICROSOFT??? At this point, who cares
    what it is, JUST FIX IT. The fact that I and others are getting the EXACT SAME CODE means that it is not user error, it is something that YOU ALL are doing. FIX IT!!

    What is with these none existent error codes I keep getting

    This was likely due to a service alert that was up effecting the ability to play downloaded games and apps. You should be able to use them now that the alert has lifted. If you continue to have this problem please post back.

    What is with these none existent error codes I keep getting

    I keep getting these error codes but they can't be searched for on the website, 0x87e107f9 and 0x803f9006

    Yeah I got the exact same error code. IF MICROSOFT DOESN'T FIX THIS I'M BUYING A PS4!!!!!

    I just had this error myself not 20 min ago, I think I fixed the issue I just unplugged the power cord from the Xbone for 10 sec and then I plugged it back in. I hope this works.

    I suggest doing as Zordaic1168 did and either unplug your Xbox for about 10 seconds or a minute and then plug it back in. Or do a hard reset of pressing and holding the Xbox button till it restarts (or for about 10 seconds then turn it on again).
