What is going on with Microsoft Jigsaw?

What's happening with microsoft jigsaw? Most of the time when I go to load a puzzle I have already started, it either goes back to the games page or works for a short while, freezes and then closes. Getting really sick of this. It happens on various computers,
with different network providers. I have notice alot of similar posts, with many other people experiencing the same thing, but as yet, I have not seen one response explaining what's happening or if its going to be fixed.

I have been trying to get on Microsoft Solitaire for the past 2 days and keep getting the update in progress will be a few minutes and all it shows is copy to clipboard and cancel. Makes me wonder who is updating and if they know what a few minutes is.

Give me an answer to this!!!

Microsoft casual games community and post there. The users there are very friendly and that forum is strictly for them games.

Hi there,

I would recommend quitting out of the game and then performing a full power cycle on the console, if these steps do not resolve the issue then you will want to uninstall and reinstall the program.
