    What is going on? Please help


    I have been a member since 2013, I have just noticed mistakes in my account.

    I dropped down from a rank 3 to a rank 2 in Sept. 2015 why?????

    Also i haven't gotten a marketplace rebate since 07/31/13 Why????

    Please look into this and let me know what has happen and what can be done to fix the issues

    Please help! I open the game but in a few minutes it closes completely, when I open it again It's like I never opened it before. I love this game but now I can't enjoy it no more.

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check into your account.

    VIP ranks reset each year. On September 1, 2015, they also changed the amount needed for each level so a lot of people were moved to lower levels.
