What is GOING ON Microsoft? Quantum Break (Pre-order) free game codes NEVER ARRIVED

What is happening Microsoft? I can't see my free game codes for pre-order Quantum Break game. I have already finished the game but it doesn't matter, I want my free codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake's American Nightmare and Quantum Break for PC.

More info: I purchased Quantum Break via Xbox on February 12. Quantum Break has installed. Alan Wake for Xbox 360 was given free as a pre-order bonus. I never received any code for it, and it has not been added to "My Games" list.

I pre-ordered Quantum break on April 4th and still haven't received my free Windows 10 copy of the game or the free Alan wake codes it's been longer than 10 business days what is going on? Where are my codes? My gamer tag is .

All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

Unfortunately there is no expected date time yet though
