What is error 0x97e107df?

I have the same problem. Error code 0x97e107df !

same issues but different code. 0x97e107df is the error I'm getting.

I have the same error on mine and had the same result with the error search tool. From what it looks like on my console, there are some content accessibility issues coming from microsoft's end and it wont let me access any of the games or apps I have downloaded
on my console. Based on what my console diagnostic said and how my own home network was completely fine, this fix seems to only be in microsoft's hands unfortunately...

It's an issue that's currently being resolved by Microsoft. Check the Xbox Live Status page for updates.

At this time, there is an Xbox Live Service Alert that has popped up regarding this issue and its being worked on at this time. I recommend requesting to be notified once the service alert has concluded by going to the Xbox
Live Status page and selecting Notify Me for a one-time only text. Should the issue continue after the service alert has concluded, and after you perform a power cycle to the console, please feel free to make a new thread detailing your issue.
