I just got this code too. Was playing BF1 and in the middle of a game it just says "Something went wrong" and gives me this code. I enter it into the box on the website, like I'm supposed to, and it says "Code doesn't exist"...

Great. Leave it to Xbox to give me a code that doesn't exist, along with no help to solve the problem.

 

yeah im getting this too same thing happend was playing destiny and "something went wrong"

 

Same thing here with Madden 17. Can't find anyting except other people who have had the same problem apparently. Ridiculous. I never hear any of my friends with PS4 having these problems...

And I just realized mine is 0x87e107e3... Uhhhh... yeah.

 

Surprise, Surprise, we all have the same damn problem with no solution. How the heck am I supposed to research a solution to an error code that DOESN'T EXIST?! I've been waiting in line for xbox support, I absolutely refuse to be forced to have no option
other than buying a game (s) more than once just because our account information doesn't remain secure enough for you to know if and when I BOUGHT A DAMN GAME. This is ridiculous. Find a solution, or refund your customers for terrible service and awful licensing

Same error code here (while playing Destiny). After hard booting the console and signing back in I received an error message prompting the owner of the game to log in to access the content. The game was purchased with the account I was logged in with. Loaded
a different game and received the same message stating "Something went wrong".

Voice chat, network connection and non-game content all seem to work fine.
