What is currently available offline on mw2 reboot

What type of Factory reset are you attempting to do? Offline or are you Online?

Offline requires the usb drive with OSU1 connected while it completes. Disconnect it and reboot the console after it finishes the Offline update.

Online requires no USB so disconnect it if its still connected.

The second part is the Verification and once this is done the console will reboot, and the Nexus (on/off switch) will flash several times.

Have patience while this process occurs and the console should return to the Home screen.

[/quote]That's weird. I have not seen where Wallpapers don't load when offline. That's very odd. Even before I did a full license transfer to my current 360 I was able to view backgrounds offline. Strange. Curious to know what the resolution from MS
is.

What worked for me:

Go OFFLINE and power cycle your XBOX.

Then perform a system maintenance (clearing the sytem cache), and then reboot the game.

This worked for me just now.

Unfortunately the page says the feature is not available for child accounts currently, so that might be the issue you're running into.

You're in one of the few regions that Xbox live is not currently available so live play wont be doable till you are somewhere it is. Hopefully you will still be able to play offline while you're away from home
