What is considered “trolling” in Xbox messaging?

People that initiate problems and cause people to defend themselves and used a provocative word that really isn’t that provocative. That’s my situation, But Literally, people named Richard is also named ****. So… but at the end of the day I have been suspended for defending myself from a “troll” but the troll end up leaving the situation 1. Getting me suspended 2. Are able to troll again. And I wonder if that person got suspended because he was blatantly trolling me. I feel that actual humans should read reported messages and instead of having a computer decide. Having a actual “sane” human opinion will help and control the trolling because a human can tell when someone is being attacked and others are defending… Is something like what possible?

What to consider trolling or not can be very ambiguous, many times these types of people just want to provoke you to fall into their game and then report you, the best way to act against trolls is to simply ignore them.

If you consider that he deserves a sanction and you sent a report, Microsoft does not notify you what action it took with that report, it simply imposes the sanction in case he deserves it.

Technical support and customer service do not have access to information about bans or suspensions, nor do they have the power to remove or enforce them, so these types of issues cannot be reviewed manually unless you appeal your sanction through the Enforcement page, the team in charge will review it and determine if it is deserved or not.

The enforcement system is indeed monitored by actual people and not robots and by understanding your situation I can see that you fell in someone's trap, they tend to make you mad to swear at them or say something foul so they can report you and get you suspended, the only way to avoid this is honestly to just ignore them or block them and to watch what you say next time because it might just be another trap.

Did you know that trolling is something you can't do on Xbox? it is a little bit bias that BOTs decided what can be considered a troll and what is not;
even if they weren't BOTS, who are they to decide in my private chat what is troll and what isn't? They have no context, all they see is a picture close of a chin and since it's skins they're like,.. «Oh, i see skin in a picture ? this must be some 18+ content right there-> Suspension»
