What is causing the sign-in error (8007007A)?

I'm just curious for those of you in the 'know'... What is or what may be causing this error? Is it because the profile is corrupted? And if so, how does a profile become corrupted in the first place?

Could it be the result of something the individual gamer did or would it link back to something the Xbox team has done to their servers, which is now unintentionally affecting customers?

I KNOW the issue is not caused on my end, via my network or internet connection, so I'm just curious what the Microsoft Staff have to say on this matter. Is there any possible reason for this or are you just as genuinely puzzled as I am...?

Any insight into the issue would be great, especially if I'm potentially going to have to create another account in the event that I can't retrieve my main one. I really would like to try and avoid this same thing from happening again in the future.

Problem with error code 8007007A

Firts, i couldn´t sign in session in my profile in the xbox 360 for the error 8007007A, later I eliminate the profile in my console and now I can´t download mi profile, for the error: 8007007A.

I can´t play backward compatible games in the xone for the same error.

 

Gamertag suddenly linked to an other Microsoft-Account

I haven't been able to log in since Monday. Error code 8007007a. I tried to redo initial start-up procedure. At the sign-in stage in says Account is associated with another e-mail address. I mean WTF?!

 

So I guess none of you know. You don't know what is causing it, so you don't know how to fix it. What an unbelievable joke this is. Thanks for the "support" Microsoft. I mean hell, you could at least tell people the truth instead of leading them on or leaving
them in the dark.
