    What is causing error coed 0x803F8001 on both Minesweeper and Microsoft jigsaw games?


    Played on both games this afternoon and now I get the above error code. Is this a problem with the game or internet connection issue?

    Hardware changes can mess with your Microsoft account credentials. Have you tried logging in and logging out again? Both from the Microsoft Store as well as Windows itself.

    I am unable to load the app Microsoft Jigsaw. I receive a window informing me it is currently unavailable in my account. Error Code 0x803F8001.

    I get this error code when starting up jigsaw and mahjong on windows 10.

    On the laptop with windows 8 they still work.

    The other microsoft games like minesweep en solitaire and jackpot all work fine under 10 and 8.
