The choice is yours but it doesn't depend on the internet speed.

In my opinion now you could go for an all digital xbox one s: it’s very cheap and works very well.

Then maybe series x (new generation) at the end of the year.

You have a decent connection, and download could actually be a bit a long, but you have to keep in mind that quite every physical game usually needs to download a huge quantity of gbs. It can depend on very large patches or in general the need of redownload
the game digitally (i.e. doom 2016 cant be installed through disc: at the end of the installation it will disinstall everything and download the exact same size as digital, because it is updated)

Hi, ther isn't a best console for all people, it depends by your necessity, here below I list the advantages of the actual Microsoft consoles:

- xbox one S all digital: entry level and low cost console (about 100-150$), no dvd reader, perfect if you want to subscribe gamepass and/or buy only digital games or use digital app (netflix, youtube, Mixer, prime video and so on).

- xbox one S: same hardware specifics of the all digital plus a 4k dvd reader, cost about 50$ more than the all digital, perfect if you prefer to buy games on disc or you want also a 4k dvd reader. Still usable with digital games and gamepass
subscription.

- xbox one X: the powerfoul console on the market, says it all. Perfect if you love to play games at their best in terms of graphics. It cost more than 300$ but is 4 time more powerfoul than the other xbox

- xbox series X: expected in November, not yet officially presented, it should be way more powerfoul than the xbox one x, also the cost will be higher

Your internet connection is ok and it is not a problem since all the games should be installed on the console, since your download speed is only 32 MB you should wait some hours during the installation of some big games (about 100GB of download), but you
can simply install them during night like me.

The best would be to wait for Series X in November. New generation. Now, you have more powerfull X an less powerfull S models. Also, there is an S all digital without disc drive wich is cheaper. It depends on you. What are you expecting from console? Your
internet spees is so so. Not briliant but enough.
