What is being done about slow download speeds?

There are on-going numerous reports about slow download speeds on the Xbox series S and others. The only response has been the computer generated “try restarting your console”. We have tried that with no resolve. What has been tried is - changing the DNS, alternating MAC address, restarting router, restarting Xbox, running speed tests on other devices. The speeds on all other devices are as expected, besides the Xbox. So really, the option that hasn’t been tried is for Microsoft to look on their end of a resolution for this problem. People pay good money for internet, Xbox game pass, and for these updated Xbox’s that are suppose to run fast; however, now this is not being delivered and yet there is silence from anyone at Microsoft in regards to a solution on their end. We can’t even download or update games because of these speeds which is just really disappointing. Has there been any work towards a resolution for this issue?
