What is apporpriate and not appropriate in clubs?

I was wondering if anyone on Xbox could help me figure this out. I made a club called "xbox360 gamers unite" because not everyone can afford to upgrade. Some just don't want to because of the 2013
E3 broadcast that we all saw. You know when Xbox was going to have all those restrictions? My club was made because of my passion for gaming. I know it's a long shot but I'm trying to get Microsoft's attention. I would like to see Xbox 360
production get going again or have the servers stay up at the very least as there are always rumors that the servers will go down for "x" amount of reasons. Some people say I might get banned since I made the club others say it's fair use I don't know so if
I could get a definite answer that would be great! My club does not have hate speech, bad messages or anything inappropriate as far as I can see feel free to see for yourselves, however I am worried about copyright and other issues as Xbox belongs to Microsoft
and not us. I would like to see how Xbox as a whole handles clubs because there are some clubs that have some really disgusting stuff in them and they are still up yet I keep hearing things about my club which is simply a HARMLESS petition. If something in
my club violates anything in the Xbox code of conduct or copyright act please
LET ME KNOW SOMEHOW (Xbox message or email.) so that I may take down the club. Thank you.

Online games suitable for children?

I agree with fyerball 72 that is the game I would allow my younger cousins to play when they want to play my Xbox only because it gives them something to keep the occupied and it is age apporpriate.

It sounds like you are confused about our currencies. Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same as MyVIP Gems. Gems are a type of currency that can be used to claim items from the MyVIP Vault at (Xbox Live Rewards).
Rewards Credits are the Credits that are deposited into your account as currency.

As long as the club follows the
code of conduct then it will be fine.

Production of the 360 was always going to end,nothing you do will change that.

Production of the original xbox one has ceased now,that's the way things go with electronic products,always has.

Xbox live on the 360 isn't going to shut down anytime soon as it's needed for xbox one backwards compatibility.

The majority of things at E3 2013 were changed & never happened so you are a bit behind the times on that one.

If you come across a club you thing is violating the rules then report it via your console.

 

I know that the issues from 2013 were changed however it says that everything can change at Microsoft's discretion so that's why most people I talk to still own a 360. Further more the reporting system is messed up. I see clubs like "booty" or other clubs
that are based around one group of people and discriminate against another and other clubs that have dirty content. I reported them for those reasons and they are still up. So being that false reports happen a lot that's the point of this discussion piece.
Either way I'm not making a club out of fear of false reports actually going through.

 

Everything can change at Microsofts discretion on the 360 as well.

If a report is false then nothing will happen.

Reports are always investigated so you will only receive enforcement action if you have violated the ToU/CoC.
