DisplayLag lists tested input lag for various TVs and monitors.

For reference, I game on a Sony KDL-55HX850. It has an "Okay" rating and I have no problems with it.

  3. My tv is 8 weeks old ...ish ,

    £500 .

Xb1 does not recognise it .... so I can do #### all through Xbox1 .

That is a BIG factor right there .

    Unfortunately for me ... I bought the tv , 1 week before I bought my Xb1 .

Sooo , Compatability was not a factor ...

    Not particularly.
HDMI is a well-defined standard at this point.

I have 50 inch Samsung led 3D tv, cost £900. I would have got smart, but thought about it and its not worth it. I wouldn't use it due to the xbox one being better and more fluid to use. I just need 3D blu ray support and I'm rocking.

  7. Bush 42" 3D Led.

    Model no 42/333Art3D.

It has 3 Hdmi ports .

The Big factor is , Xb1 does not recognise ALL tv's ...why mention Hdmi ... in your few words of a sentance/paragraph quote .

It does not recognise it .

Tried all manual inputs as well .

So if you want xb1 to control your tv's power, volume ...etc .. compatability is a big factor when picking a new tv .

So far I've heard the E-Series is pretty good with input lag (especially the non-smart tv versions). The M-Series is still unclear. I've seen claims of 40-42ms from testing.

I've also followed a few threads on the AVS forums and one guy has a XO and says the input lag is no problem with his M-Series.

Sony TV's have the best input lag but then your looking at a jump in price as well.

Do you think I will have issues with input lag?

Both Xbox 360 and Xbox One output a 1080p 60Hz Signal so anything doing that will suffice. 720p models are now entry level so have bad IQ and colour as well.
