Jus what in tarnation makes you think they are purple?

I have the same problem as you, until like two or three days ago I was able to play perfectly fine but ever since the core servers went down on Xbox I’ve been having difficulty signing in, downloading games, sending messages, all of that. I know
it’s not my Internet because I am using my phone and computer just fine within those two or three days I’m having issues with the Xbox. I’m pretty sure it’s their core servers. I’ve tried everything, factory reset it, hard reset it, unplug the cable for five
minutes on the Xbox console, unplug my router and modem, reboot my router and modem, use wired connection, and nothing works. It has to be on their side

I thought I was the only one having this problem right now. Everyone only ever tells me to reset everything, but it never works, so I guess I'll try to get ahold of xbox support to see what in tarnation is going on here.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and
thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. While they have been able to provide fixed deposits like your deposit in
June, at the moment we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. Additionally, closing your account is never recommended as a solution to this issue, as we mentioned in one of your previous
posts (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/7077faae-9770-490d-8e31-d12573bec104). Even for the issues that can be resolved by using this method as we explain in the sticky
on this forum, we tell users to post to have us confirm the issue on their account before they do so.
