    What do you mean switched your location? Do mean changing the location on your console? If so, that's not what we mean.

    Your region (country) that your gamertag is set to must match the region (country) that you physically live in.

    This means that because you live in Sweden your gamertag must be set to Sweden as well. If it is set for another country (eg. US) then you must change the region of your gamertag using the steps at the link below to match.

    GOW codes are broken

    No they don't reissue new codes they only supply the same code you were issued

    A new code won't work

    If you are not in continental us but on a foreign base they don't count as the us

    Region means country and only can be charged via the region migrations tool

    A new code won't help because the region lock is on the game itself

    Your account country must match your actual country

    Us bases only count as their host country

    If your account region does match your actual country not Scandinavia etc where there is mini countries

    Xbox live regions are countries

    Then it's a billing issue you have to have a billing option that matches your country

    Regardless of what region you try it will be region locked since it's the game itself

    If your country/region is not on the list of supported countries or regions, then it is most likely not supported for Xbox Live. This could limit your gaming experience, use of apps, content, and more.

    Guam isnt a xbox live region however it is a us territory which makea it under the us not guam

    .however you will hav issues downloading content

    I would also suggest reaching out to support for your region as most of the support here is related to US or UK based accounts and issues.
