What if my broken hard get transfer to a new one will i lose everything including my accounts

If you are getting your device repaired by the Service center, standard protocol involves performing a full

factory reset on your console.

This means all accounts,
Home Xbox associations, games and apps will be removed from your console.

ok thanks--guess i have to make a new acc--lose all my friends achieves, dlcs and everything :/ can microsoft transfer ALL my bought content to a new account? or transfer whats left of my subscription?

@ Xepherys -- I did get a new console and hard drive, but i redownloaded everything due to old harddrive failure couldn't transfer anything off it anyways. This is the account used to download it, and i get 10 minutes from my diconnect to reconnect(which
can take an hour or more) thus i get sent Home. losing unsaved progress and what not
