    I have bought a new system and other microsoft products from street stores. I was wanting to know if I could get credit for those things? I have bought 2 games and a xbox one....

    Why don't purchases from phsical Microsoft Stores count towards rewards credits?

    I recently bought a laptop from the Microsoft store in LA and used my microsoft ID for the purchase and they said that it would count towards the rewards. It has been over a month and still nothing has been added to my account. I would be happy to produce
    a copy of the receipt if it means I'll get rewarded for buying a microsoft product at a microsoft store.

    The rewards program cannot track purchases from other retailers. So there is no way to receive credit for those.
