    ,fi so then if you filed a case review and is upheld then nothing to do but wait it out and read the rules

    Yes you should be able to get a refund on the 12 month sub once you are within the 30 day refund period form the time of purchase.

    Call support, as suggested, and they will be able to help!

    ^^^ As said please pay more attention. You get like 1 or 2 confirmation message that clearly state what you are about to buy.

    I believe you are able to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and they should be able to refund you if you have just RECENTLY purchased this. Obviously if you have been running on this 12 month for some time they cannot refund you.

    However, once this is complete you will not have Xbox Gold Membership. You can then possibly buy the 1 month you were hoping for once the refund is complete.
