    I know I may be the minority here but, the reason I chose the xbox one was because of the potential it had to be more than just a console. I had already known that the hardware was slightly less than the competition. If some reports are true that the next
    installment of windows os will try and merge all of their platforms, than I would welcome this change on the xbox. If it could take advantage of the metro side of windows, than it would have access to all the apps currently available. Being able to fully customize
    the dashboard and have live tiles would be very cool. I know many of the apps would not have voice control built in, but you could navigate with a controller or better yet, keyboard/mouse.

    Trying to compete solely on games and resolution should not be the only primary focus. Giving the xbox support for 300k+ apps and a completely customizable interface would definitely give it a solid edge over the competition. This idea might be hard to implement
    because all the current available xbox one apps would probably have to be recoded or reconfigured to work in this environment. I'm sure MS would love to be able to release new updates and push it to every pc, tablet, phone and xbox all at once. IMO, xbox owners
    would benefit greatly.

    What I would love to see out of my xbox

    I was always gonna buy x1, ps4 never even crossed my mind, and all this talk of it being an all in one appealed to me, but since having it since day one, all I use it for is games, nothing else really, maybe Netflix now and again, don't get me wrong
    I love my console with a passion but a lot of it is just hype, and without games it's just a box correcting dust....

    I agree with you for the most part. I would not want it to be a roku box that also played games. If it could pull both off, than having the option to do both along with cortana would be awesome and a win win, but yes, they could not do this if it were to
    compromise the gaming side.

    I honestly can't think of many, we already have so many great games already.

    Gran Turismo comes to mind, but I don't think that will ever make it's way to Xbox.
