    What happens with my codes?


    Greetings.

    I bought a new XBOX ONE X some weeks ago. after Black Friday. After that day I bought the 1€ promotional XBOX Live and XBOX Game Pass to access promotional prices at Windows Store and spend some money in tittles like Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition,
    Ryse legendary Edition or Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, for example...

    Today, I was ready to spend my XBOX gifts included in the XBOX ONE X, one free month of Game Pass and 14 days of Xbox Live Gold, but seems that I can't do it, and I don't understood why. Game Pass says that it's only for new clients, so... Have I lost my
    code? Seriously? Can't I use it then? And what happens with my 14 day trial of Live Gold? The same?

    Hope you could help me, I think this is not good for that who have spend 500€ supporting your product, without counting more than 200€ in games this days...

    Gold trials can only be used if you're not currently on a gold subscription. So if you're still on a subscription, it won't work.

    The game pass trial is only for accounts that have never used game pass.

    No you have not lost the benefit it is just that you will need to allow your current subscription to expire and you will then be able to use the code.

    What happened to my DLC!!!!!

    Don't know, I have not bought a dlc for any game since map pack one in blops. I think dlc for the most part is a waist of money and I prefer a smaller map rotation while playing. I still have my previous dlc's for other games and have never lost them.
