What happens to Microsoft Store purchases if Microsoft locks my Microsoft account?

If you're not able to finally see the install button using the account that owns the content and you're sure about that the correct account

The last option is find proof of purchase (usually the email you get always that you purchased something on Microsoft store) and contact Microsoft support with the Microsoft order number related to this purchase

In that way they're going to track what happened with the item and restore it on the account that owns it

No I think he purchased the game through the Microsoft store and the points throughout either the Microsoft store or in game store using my account with my card on it
