What happens to hackers when reported?

What happens to the hackers when reported? And how do compensate the gamers who are affected by this?

I keep getting hacked by the same player, Super zkrayt, I have reported him but every time I go online he kicked me off, if I go into a lobby he will change his name to mine, he took my rank that I had for 5 years so I started from the begining and he took
that rank as well.

I would like help and support.

What Will Happen When..

I suppose it will be like when they discontinued the service for original xbox games. I am sure that the 360 LIVE service will continue at least for awhile though.

Once you file a complaint on someone, the enforcement team investigates them to determine if the complaint is valid. It's not an immediate process so it can take some time. Once they determine what action to alert, the person is suspended/banned.

As far as your in-game progress, you would have to contact the developers to see about resetting any of that info.

I don't really know what they do with these reports, But when I report a hacker thay NEVER get banned.

[Mod Removed] is a modder, He hosts 24/7 cod4 infections. Xbox should really look into this guy he's got ALOT of xboxes.

I reported him nothing ever happened.

depends on if they do it excessively and whether or not they are doing it to be mean or if they are just goofing around.

I focus on reporting players who ruin the fun of everyone else in the game. This mainly pertains to hackers and cheaters but I will also report those who are going out of their way to excessively harass others.

Regardless, swearing is going to happen. I usually don't make a deal out of it, but when people are swearing up a storm to everyone in the lobby I send in a nice little report on the player. There's a limit.
