what happens is that you try everything but my xbox360 does not receive the update someone has ...

A different make? it is a black xbox360 wireless adapter that has 2 sticks on top of it, and it has xbox360 on it what does that tell you lol?

What did you do before it happened?

I too have the same problem, I was simply trying to install an update on my xbox360. Although my error code was 467E - 0000 - 0080 - 807B - 01F4

Console takes many hours no matter what kind of down load is happening . even updates take a minimum of 2 hours. obviously there's a problem when my xbox360 does same types of down loads in like 15 mins

It's also been happening to me. I say "xbox on" and everything turns on (tv/receiver) then the Xbox One turns itself off. repeating "xbox on" does nothing. trying to turn the X1 via the controller did nothing. had to press the button on the box itself
for it to boot up....which then turned off my tv and receiver. This has happened twice (just now and yesterday).

Does the wireless adapter have XBOX360 stamped on it? The third-party adapters do not, and the troubleshooting path is different if you have a genuine Microsoft XBOX360 adapter than if you do not.



If it has XBOX360 stamped on it, does it have one antenna or two?



What is the LED light on the adapter doing when you plug it in?
