No one can do a transfer.

As I've posted,once your account is banned you forfeit any digital content,currency,live time etc.

I can't comment on why you were banned but I can tell you that you will not get your digital items back.

Suspended for 9999 means banned. As for if you can transfer the one year to another account, no. Even if you hadn't been banned, as far as I know, you can't transfer Xbox live between accounts. If you want to find out why you were banned try posting in
the banned section of the support forum.

You wouldve.violated the terms of use in order to be banned

To ask why you were banned you can check your email connected to your Xbox LIVE account or enforcement.xbox.com which has a faq that will do away with your myths

Also if over 24hojrs you can filename case review only once

You can get banned for a license transfer is you are doing it to bypass the "system" and give someone some DLC.

This is MOST LIKELY what has happened in this situation. OP wanted Black Ops map packs. His cousin comes over performs a license transfer. Then both people get on their respective consoles and play together online.

Another situation is that the account his cousin recovered was NOT his account.

your sad story is irrelevant. No one on these forums can help you unban your console, so you are wasting your time.

the only ones who could even tell you WHY you were banned don't respond to questiosn about console bans.

Your time is better spent deciding what to do next... either:

1) use the banned console offline (no LIVE)

2) Buy a new one ansd transfer stuff over

3) don't use xbox products.
