What happens if I unenroll the Minecraft Beta Program on Xbox One?

Thanks, but your response still doesn't completely solve the question, since I don't actually technically own Minecraft for Xbox One, and I have to pay money to keep it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about what might happen to your game if you were to uninstall it from you console, and opt out of the

Minecraft Beta Program.

As you now have the
Minecraft version of this game, you have no need to worry about losing out on the game, since you have to own it digitally in order for you to be able to get into the Beta for Minecraft

I can assure you that you will not lose the title if you choose to uninstall it, as you will see the title in your Ready to install section of your
Games and apps.

Additionally, I will also post the steps in order for you to be able to leave the Beta state of the game:

1. On Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC, sign in with the account that registered for the Minecraft Beta and
   launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
2. Navigate to Insider content > Minecraft (or Minecraft for Windows 10 on PC)
3. Select Manage.
4. Use the radio button to select Unenroll (Leave this preview), then select
   Done.
5. Wait an additional 30-60 minutes after unenrollment completes (Pending no longer appears in the Xbox Insider Hub).
6. Uninstall and reinstall Minecraft.

You should be all set from there. I hope this was able to clear up any confusion this might have caused. Let us know if you still have anymore questions in regards to this.

If you own the game, after de-enrolling and having to delete the game if it makes you... upon redownloading it you will be locked out of any world that was made or saved on a beta version of the game until the update that was on that version becomes
the public version. All of your saved game data will be there. Also, if you got the free copy of the Bedrock version of Minecraft through the Better Together deal, the one about the old Xbox One Edition, the you should be the owner of the game. You should
be clear to de-enroll from the beta.

I also have both versions of Minecraft and got the newest version for free due to having the Minecraft Xbox One Edition.

If you un-enrol from the beta version you will have to reinstall Minecraft to get the version that isn't part of the beta programme. You won't be charged for the game, the only change will be that you won't be able to go on the worlds that you previously
created or saved on the beta version since it will have the beta features.

If you ever decide that you would like to play the beta version again, you can join the beta programme on the Xbox Insiders Hub then reinstall the game again to have the beta version.
