    What happened while I was gone?


    I've been gone for a while. Before, I could play this game just fine, and it had never once crashed on me. I tried to play it tonight, and every time the game ends, instead of giving me the things I got during the game (coins, keys, etc), it closes the
    game and dumps me to the desktop.

    I'm going to quit playing for a few days... if it's not fixed when I decide to come back, I will be un-installing it and finding myself another bingo game that is more stable.

    It's very sad that the quality of the game has dropped drastically. Developers should work to improve games, not ruin them.

    What Happened

    When did you first notice this issue? Have you contacted support to report the issue? "That BF Guy" has a good suggestion there about changing language but if that doesnt work you best contact support!

    Most likely you have not lost your points, and they have just been converted to your local currency with the latest update.

    The other possibility is that you had promotional points that expired.



    Either way, if you go to
    commerce.microsoft.com    , you can see the credit history to determine what happened.
