What happened to Tony hawk's Pro Skater HD

I just found out this morning that the game Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD was delisted xbox live.

The news and everyone else said that the game was suppose to be delisted only in steam!

Why is the tony hawk's pro skater hd game is delisted in xbox live?! WHY?!!!

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD

 

A common reason for games like this to get delisted is due to expired copyright licenses. With THPS-HD, I'm guessing the music licenses expired, which means that the developer can't legally have the game available for purchase anymore
(on any platform).

It's not necessarily Microsoft's fault, that was just the agreement the game publishers made with the music publishers when they developed THPS-HD.

 

It is a license issue in this case I think.

Activision only had the license for a certain amount of time & I know it was due to expire soon & considering what a complete mess the last Tony Hawks game was it's probably for the best.
