What happened to this game on Xbox Gamepass

Yesterday I was playing The Escapiests 2, today I noticed that It had no longer a xbox gamepass sticker on the bottom right corner. I tried to play It and It said that the game trial or app expired. So then I uninstall It to reinstall It then It Isnt availabe
to be downloaded anymore for me. What Is happening!

Thank you for showing me this. I am pretty upset that I cant play It anymore. It was one of the games that I actually paid for the gamepass.

When games go on game pass the majority of them are not permanent additions most leave after a period of some times 6 months or even a year or more.

When a game is removed from game pass subscribers are notified 2-4 weeks before the date at that point the game is discounted as part of a leaving game pass sale for people who wish to keep playing it.

The escapists 2 was removed on December 1rst

Thank for the quick reply. I am still confused about GamePass Console. All the references talk about GamePass Core and GamePass Ultimate but not about GamePass Console..

My accumulated games are on the xbox. What happens if I go from GamePass Core, to GamePass console. Do I lose my accumulated xbox gold games ?

The games in the gamepass are complete, there are no restrictions, what can happen are some dlc's that may not be available.
