What happened to the years of service number for Xbox one users?

I can't seem to find it in my profile on Xbox one, does anyone know where it is?

Hello Mister Mascot! Thanks so much for the reply! I just checked what you said and here is what it shows:

• Xbox.com : 6 years (wrong number)
• Xbox App: 6 years (wrong number)
• Xbox One: 6 years (wrong number)
• Xbox 360: 7 years (correct!)

So it only appears correctly on Xbox 360! I tried removing and redownloading my profile on Xbox One but it still won't change :/

 

This console was banned from xbox live services

Hi, I have a problem with my xbox one, i was playing normally and i went "this console is excluded from the Xbox Live service" i have no idea which is the reason, can't let me play online or talk in groups, but i can play offline and use the applications
normally. Please i like to know what happened and if this is an error help me fix it,. I have many years playing on xbox and never me nothing had happened like this, my serial number is: 041768234148

 

When you view your profile, it's the number in the green circle in front of your gamerpic.

Is it supposed to be under the reputation bar?

 

Its above the gamerscore on mine.

 

How long have you had continuous (as in consecutive years ) Gold for?

 

How can some people see their number but others can't. Someone had to tell me what mine was.

Well your accumulated time with Xbox is in file 13. Sorry bout your luck...

 

Which is why it's best not to care about it.

 

Mine was there weeks ago but since seeing this thread and checking again its gone

 

@Xenomorph v1, I have been with Xbox Live for 4 years according to my profile on the Xbox 360, which was at 5 years last year.

My brother has only just renewed his Xbox Live after it being left silver for 14 months. he still retains his years of service also.

 

Mine service time is listed about my gamerscore. I've been without Xbox Live a few months throughout the years, but as long as I've renewed it with a couple of months, it retains my tenure.

 

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's just another number that was added to increase the sense of elitism in the community while you try to enjoy your game.
