What happened to the "What's on" tab on my dashboard?

After watching Major Nelson's recent update video, I realized I never got the "What's on" tab on my Xbox One dashboard. I'm not sure if I missed something but how do I get that? It was part of the November update but this tab never showed up for me.

Is there any way I eliminate this tab? Or at least choose what you tube videos I see in the feed. Because I can't stand Kate from the Xbox On show. It pains me to even scroll through this tab.

I'm in the US. I have since then got an invitation to the preview program and once I signed up, it showed up on my dashboard. It appears you have to be in the preview program to get it. Go figure...?

 

Is the wants on tab only if you run tv through your xbox

 

If you have TV through your console using OneGuide, you get TV trending and TV listings displayed in the what's on tab cheesyhunter1.

If not, you just get adverts and featured items taken from the store and other sections. )

The reason it's been delayed outwith the US is apparently down to red tape for TV listings in different sections of the dashboard.

Some broadcasters get really uptight about TV listings usage. Grrrrr!

I have the TV running through my Xbox One, had for more than a year but the November update never included the "What's On" tab for my desktop. It only showed up after I joined the preview program which is why it appeared to me that it is only part of the
preview program. Does anyone have the tab that is not in the preview program?

 

I'm not in the preview program and I've never had it.
