What happened to the last XBox one update? Help please.

Ok so the delayed xbox one update hit my console some time last weekend. I had the controller battery indicator, so I know I had it. Well since the instance I saw the battery indicator it has not been present again. What happened? Also this evening while
watching youtube I was kicked out of the app to a screen that said update failed, and gave me three options-check connection, try again, and turn off console, the first two options did nothing but bring the same screen up immediately. What is going on here?

Please help

so I removed my account of my xbox and tried to add it back from Microsoft and I got a completely different new one .....the old one is still there on xbox live i just have no idea what happened please we help

Help Please

Again mate, not sure why it happens or even if it was because of the same reason why it happened to my daughters console ( twice now ) but last time it happened was a good month or so back and her console is still working today.

My guess is it's just one of the many "wobbles" consoles have from time to time.

Also since the update happened my xbox always boots to titanfall beta instead of the dashboard.

Have you tried resetting your box? Hold the power button for about 8 seconds.

Any suggestions? it looks like this is happening to Uverse users only....It was working fine before the last update...what changed? what was added on the last update that will cause this? How can i report this to someone other than this forum...Please Help!

Hey there Querry! I understand you are having some issues updating your console. First thing I'd recommend is try a direct connection to your modem to see if that helps. If not, please try the steps listed here (support.xbox.com/.../system-update-help)
as well. If nothing seems to help, please post back and let me know what you tried and what happened with each one. Thanks!
