What happened to Rise of Legends?

i already have rise of nations extended edition. that is not even the game i try to get help with. rise of legends is a different game. no matter how many times you claim them to be the same, it does not make it correct. you are still just as wrong in your statement. let us stop discussing rise of nations 1(rise of nation extended edition) and instead focus on rise of nations 2(rise of legends). i have been doing some testing. what i found is that the game struggles with maintaining connection when 2 different systems is used. windows 7 and 10 or windows 7 and 8.1 or windows 8.1 and 10. it works when both pcs run the same system.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm sorry about the hassle. We do understand that you purchased the game to play on your Surface Pro, we're just trying to see if this issue is happening to any device you attempt to play it on. If you're able to try a different
device give it a shot and let us know if it gives you the same issue or not.

Just in case here is a possible solution for the sign in:

1. Copy the link provided Xbox
   Identity provider.
   
2. When you copy and paste the link open it in Microsoft Store.
   
3. Install the app then launch Xbox App
   
4. it should ask you to sign in again completely.
   

Try this out and let us know the results.

I bought the game to play on my surface,so it has to work there. My system seems to meet all of the requirements
