    What happened to my rewards?

I bought an xbox one s during black friday from the MS store, which was advertising 50k rewards for upgrading. Last week 30k rewards posted to my account. I complained here and was told I was not eligible for the 50k offer, with no explanation why. If
I wasn't eligible, the store shouldn't have displayed the offer to me, IMO.

Now, a week later, even the 30k rewards seem to have disappeared from my account. First I was shorted with no explanation, and now even those points have vanished without a trace.

Please 1) explain why the store showed me an offer that I was somehow not eligible for, and 2) replace the missing rewards points in my account.

    :)

    What happened to my account?

Hello, your "profile" is your "gamertag" if it was an online profile. If you had a different gamertag previously, from the looks of your post I'm guessing it was "Roguemant". You will need to download your profile using the e-mail and password associated
with that account. If you can't remember what that e-mail address is you will need to contact phone support and speak with them about this.

Each gamertag can only have one e-mail attached to it, so you would need to use the e-mail associated with the gamertag "Roguemant" to be able to download that "profile" to your XBOX 360 console. If you have access to your previous XBOX still and that that
account is still accessible on that console you will be able to view what e-mail is on that gamertag by going to the XBOX 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account > Manage > Windows Live ID. The e-mail should be listed there, login with that e-mail.

    What happened to my Gamertag?

Hey FlaminNimrod! Are you sure that's the error code you're receiving? As there are typically only 8 digit error codes, perhaps there is a 0 missing in there? If you could check and make sure that would be great!

To address the issue of this alternate Gamertag 'WalkingPurse4', I'd suggest logging into the account on your console and changing the Microsoft Account email associated with it. This will hopefully free up your old account to continue to use the email address
    you had attached to it!

To change the email associated with that Microsoft Account you can take these steps:

    • Navigate to the Settings Hub (far right on the dashboard) and select Account.
    • Navigate to Your Information panel and select Account Security.
    • Select Change Microsoft Account.
    • Select Yes once you have created a new Microsoft Account.
    • Enter the password for your current Microsoft Account.
    • Enter the Microsoft Account and password you would like to use.
    • Complete the prompts to save your change.

And one last thing I'd like to add! In case you encounter that 8015D002 error again, there are some steps you can take. Just check out our support article on

Error code 8015D002 occurs when you try to sign in to Xbox LIVE
    .

Let us know how it goes! What happened to my rewards? :)

Hi Medicine Bow. The 50,000 Credits console offer was for select members, and only members that were selected could see the offer in the Rewards Mission page while signed in. Those who were selected also received an email. Since you didn't receive the email
and the mission was not available to you on the Missions page, you were only eligible for the 30,000 Credits console offer.

Your Microsoft account currently has an issue that is preventing us from depositing to your account. The Payment Operations team is working on the issue. Once it is fixed, we will be able to deposit to your account. We apologize for the inconvenience.
