What happened to my money

I recently bought a $200 xbox gift card since I only had $9.35 in my account and wanted to buy something, I put the code correctly, and everything was fine there, but when I wanted to buy something, the console told me that I only had $9.35 , however, if I put the balance in my account, it says that there are $209.35.
What can I do to use the money I put?

thanks to everyone for taking the time to read and help with my problem, i already solve by buying directly from the microsoft store instead of the xbox store, thanks for the help and advices

Hi AstroTera,

sorry to hear. In your
order history you can see what was you bought/redeemd and at the
account balance! Is this different to your XBOX console:
"delete and readd your usere" to refresh the Cache! Or
"power cycle your Xbox One console" like this

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button
on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 30 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 30 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button
on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

If you use a different platform such as the
Xbox App, or even on the Xbox website, do you reproduce the same results?

The gift card appears in the order history, i checked in my microsoft and xbox account (both are the same account) both of them said that my current balance is $209.35
