    What happened to my Microsoft Jigsaw balance?

    It went from over 400,000 points to over minus 300,000 points!!! Now I can't purchase the newest puzzles!

    Fix Your Progam

    Try resetting MS Jigsaw. In Windows 10 go to Settings/Apps & features and find Microsoft Jigsaw in the apps list. Click on Reset and see what happens. It worked for me for today's games. Further tests to come on future days...

    Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

    Try it on the web, if not will be better that Microsoft checks what's happening with the given balance.

    I'm sorry to see any issues with Jigsaw! Have you ensured that it did download? It might still be sitting in the Collections section waiting to download.

    If it's showing as downloaded, can you provide a screenshot of both the Collections screen showing that and the My Puzzles section that shows it's not installed? We'll be able to look at our next steps from there. :)
