why did my account get suspended

Did you get any help with getting your situation plz let me no

 

Help plz

When ever I log into my Microsoft account it shows up as this account (Greyaxis) but not my primary profile that I have under the same email.

How do I get the other profile to show up. I'm on my 360 (soon to be xbox one x) but I require a Security Check and when I put Murphy email and password it says incorrect email or password. I tried downloading profile and I put my Microsoft email and password
just to see what would happen. Then it came up as grey axis so now I can't play, plz help!

 

The Xbox One Store Servers are down for most people it is a global problem it is nothing to do with your account.
