what happened to my 9 year gold badge? I have never stoped having my gold account?

And then hard reset your device by turning it off. Unplug all the cables connected to it. Leave it at rest for 2 minutes. Plug all cables back in and turn it on.

Next is to check on different devices. Kindly view your profile on another device or through the Xbox website. If incase the badge shows there, it indicates a console-specific display glitch.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, pelaes wait it out because other gamers have noted experiencing the same problem on their end and the badge returns once Xbox’s systems update or stabilize.

Add my name to the list. I have a 17 year tenure badge but no Gold badge. How is that even possible? I had Gold from 2006 to 2019 when I switched to Game Pass Ultimate which included Gold.

update: i try to get this month a bronze badge and hope for the achievement for the 12 Bronze Badges, but NOTHING!!! The game stole me 7 Bronze and 6 Silver Badges. On my Desktop Pc is the older Taptiles Version, i can log in in this and see all my old badges
(8 Gold 9 Silver and 11 Bronze), but on my Laptop with this buggy new version nothing from this year ;(. I hope I can complete it on my Desktop Pc before this newer version install automatically.

XBOX ambassador

XBOX MVP

Been with Xbox since 2001, day of release of the original xbox. Though I have a 9 year badge on my account. No discounts here. Wish they would, that would be cool
