What happened to gamer zones?

just wondering where its displayed now, or did they get rid of it?

a while ago i dabbled with mods in halo 3 (mods that didnt influence others experience) and i was among the first to mod gamerscore, it went undetected until i unlocked the last vidmaster achievement i needed in halo reach firefight, at fist i was kinda
bummed until i realized it put me in gamerzone cheater. I sorta wore it as a badge of honor. it didnt really effect match making either cause their isn't enough of us to make a difference. so just wondering where gamerzones went i know its sorta a strange
reason to want it...

What happened to Games?

I enjoy them, personally. I think the reason these and other games seem 'cut and paste' with litttle originality is because they have 'mass appeal'. These are games that initally struck gold with their formula, so Devs/ Pubs don't bother changing them. It's
safer to keep the formula the same because they know it'll sell.

Exactly. In terms of games complexity and difficulty, there's pros and cons to it. On the one hand, I greatly miss games being more complex and challenging, but on the other hand I have so little free time these days that it's easier and faster for me
to get through modern games.

They were scrapped because they didn't work.

It was meant to match you with gamers with the same gamerzone over people with different ones but never did.

Hi there! That is the gamer zone of that particular player. It shows what kind of player you are. There are four zones: Pro, Recreation, Family and Underground. You can set this by scrolling over to Settings, then choosing Profile, then choosing Gamer Zone.
Cool, huh?

It isn't the deadzone ! It happens with all games, it doesn't happen with my new controller (yet) many other people are having issues with left stick on XBone controllers. I've been a gamer for many years and have experienced dead zone issues before, this
is not a dead zone issue.
