    Hello, Microsoft folks!

    Last night I was playing puzzles and everything was fine. I had tons of coin saved up. Today I get on and see the new archeology collection. Great! I am gonna love doing these. I didn't look, I knew I had lots of coin. I go to download it and it says no
    can do, you don't have enough coins. What? I look up at the top and it says I am at -179905. *blink blink* Whaaat?! So I head over here and discover that I am not the only one having this issue. Please, please, please resolve this. This is my wind down from
    work time. I have 5 cats and have trouble doing jigsaw puzzles with actual pieces. Thanks in advance for fixing this quickly! (I hope)

    What happened to all my MS Points...?

    Ok, so billing.microsoft.com is telling me something download history is not.

    Several ingame packs were bought for FIFA 11 on 6/26/11, I was not on that day, let alone week probably, so Ill contact support ASAP

    You can also check billing.microsoft.com and it should show when and how the points were spent.

    What console are you using? Or is this happening on PC?

    Are you trying to purchase these coins with a credit/debit card or are you trying to redeem something via the Microsoft rewards program?

    If you're referring to purchase coins using your credit/debit card, is this happening only inside Overwatch or is happening with all your other games?

    When this started to happen and what did you tried so far to fix this?

    I understand your concern. I'm afraid only Xbox Play Anywhere titles are playable on both Windows and Xbox under a single purchase. There are only select titles included in Xbox Play Anywhere. If a game you purchased in Xbox is asking you to purchase again in PC, then that means that title is not Play Anywhere and it requires a separate license in PC.

    What happens if, like me, you find Facebook a pain in the fundament? Are you therefore denied support?
