    What happened since Friday 03/31/2017?


    Friday (03/31/2017) I went to download the free Xbox 360 title for April and was told my credit card was expired. So I just quit and was gonna do everything this weekend. Well, no time this weekend so today I get a little time so I decide to finish up
    what I started Friday.

    Well, today it takes forever for my xbox one to log in, not all the dash ads load in, the other blades also have network issues and the system is slower in the dash. Thinking its my network, reset my 1gb switch, same issues. Check PS4, working fine. My
    PC, do a network speed test, 980mb down and about the same up, PC, switch and router fine. All my wireless devices fine. Try Xbox again, same issues. swap PS4 and xbox patch cables, PS4 still fine, xbox still same.

    xbox finally loads some ads and can get to xbox gold screen. try downloading april xbox 360 title, blank screen, press B back, try several more times, same thing. Go to xbox network settings and test connections, says everything is fine. Try going to
    my account to edit my cc details, blank screen. Press B back and try several more times, same thing.

    Finally decide to see if perhaps there was a system update and what you know, there was 04/02/2017. so now i come to these forums to see if others are having issues, and of course they are. I have my PS4 setup to notify me before installing updates so
    I have a chance to check their forums before installing. I wish I had my xbox one setup that way now. I have never had any issues with the PS4 updates and I have never had any xbox issues till now, even with my 360, never firmware issues. Never had firmware
    issues with my PS3. This is my first ever issue after so many years and this my first tech issue post since joining xblive 10yrs ago.

    dont know what it will take, but if you have to, roll back our firmwares, everything worked fine till this update.

    i have similar issues. my xboxlive performance is horrible. the home page xbox ads dont load, the store wont load, i cant edit my account info, throws me to black screen. when i go to download the free xbox 360 title this month, takes me to black screen.
    it started doing all this before i checked to see if there was an update. everything was working fine the friday before the update 03/31/2017.

    i dont know what else isnt working, dont have alot of extra time.

    I am having the same issue since yesterday May 31. 2017 before that my xbox one controller was connecting to my PC's bluetooth with no issue.
