What happends if payment is rejected?

What happends if your payment is rejected in the logs? Since the auto renew was on, i didnt know. Is there any payment remarks?

You got reseted. If you didn't have a backup you'll have to start again. There is plenty of threads about it over this and Epics forums. Usually happens if you sign in/out while in the game.

It says payment fail due to me using a giftcard version of a bank card. This was auto renew on from a free trial on microsoft gamepass.

 

it will keep checking for 18 days and if it doesn't go thru and you havent updated the payment method or your card is blocking the transaction because you called your bank to do so or you don't have enough credit or its cancelled well

You will be suspended for payment option until you update the payment method

Generally you get suspended until it's paid but since it's not a gold membership it may just cancel out

I didn't get suspended. This was about a year ago.

 

Since it's for game pass it most likely just cancelled your game pass, but you may want to contact support and speak to billing for more information. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

 

It's not open atm, Is there any way to confirm that it just got cancelled and nothing more? And yes it was not for gold, but the xbox game pass.
