    What happend?


    The last 2 weeks i posted some topics refering to my suspension witch it was started at september 10 and it supposed to end this last september 24. today october 5, i m still have the suspension but not notify from any place even email, abut my acurrent
    situation, the pages for support some times get frozen or just cant connect, and my ethernet is good, yesterday at morning i log in to check my acc and i was aviable to play multuplayer but for a while, then when i back to my home in the afternoon, i tried
    and i was suspended again............today my acc is same as these last 2 weeks and just yesterday at morning i was aviable to play and then it gets back to same situation..........it is supposed that they take out my suspension and then bring it back again?..........what
    is this about? and my enforce history its without suspension please.........what can i do?

    Ok it's simple I just called your support techs again they even show this accounts id connected to Skelax so why?

    What happend?

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way
    to currently find out if an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    You can log in to the this site and find out the status of your subscriptions account.microsoft.com/services

    If that does not provide the information that you need then you should contact support directly support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    You got reseted. If you didn't have a backup you'll have to start again. There is plenty of threads about it over this and Epics forums. Usually happens if you sign in/out while in the game.
