Last night I bought 1200 mp plus I wake up this morning to buy the COD map pack and its all gone. Is anyone else having this problem.

That is for the Microsoft Rewards program which is separate from the Xbox Rewards program. You would need to contact their customer support for assistance. You can find their contact on their redemption page.

Most likely you have not lost your points, and they have just been converted to your local currency with the latest update.

The other possibility is that you had promotional points that expired.

Either way, if you go to
commerce.microsoft.com, you can see the credit history to determine what happened.

Is your balance showing "0" or is it asking you to "Check your Points Balance" on the site?

Several users have reported that their points are not showing up (including mine) but instead saying to check your balance. It appears that there may be system problems on the website today.
