    What gives?


    I'd like an explanation and I feel it would be a good business practice and good customer service to announce, why on earth has Xbox live been down/"limited" for more then 8 hours now. This is ridiculous! I pay good money for Xbox live and the support included.
    So Xbox what's going on? Kindly enlighten us as to why we still can not sign in after more the 8 hours? I don't want a bs line, "we are aware of the issue" either. I want to know what the issue is and what your doing to fix it. Food for thought, I am tech
    savvy and I have followed every bit of trouble shooting suggested as have countless others. All were asking for is an answer as to why we can't use a service we pay for?! Does Xbox plan to compensate it's member/subscriber base for this large amount of time

    Sorry to hear you're upset. The choice to add a game to backwards compatibility is not up to Microsoft. The developer must give permission for this to happen. Odds are that Activision has not yet given permission to allow the games as yet.

    As far as your other issue goes please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down and then unplug it and let it sit for 10 minutes.

    That should fix the issue.

    energy swords if I remember correctly in this game they explode or something like that but you cant pick them up

    and also you cant trade weapons on the first one

    as for the AI on firefight, you can check youtube videos :p ODST look mean green and ready to kill

    Awesome so now I get home and literally nothing on this Xbox works.... "Do you own this game or app?" Getting seriously fed up with this. Not only do I have a non working wifi adaptor in my brand new elite console, but now I have a non working game console.
    Why does this happen every update? Ps4 looks better and better each month. I should have never sold it
