    What gives you the right


    What gives you the right to ban my son, do you have any proof. You gave him a communications ban, on the 17th of January. Also banned him for cheating 2 years ago with no proof. He does not cheat or have a modded console. How can he control who might have
    one or not. You absolutely have not right to do that to a paying customer with no proof.

    The Xbox enforcement team has all the right to take action on a valid complaint to your son. And as per the agreement with the ToC which you have agreed upon making an account or you sons account on Xbox live, the Enforcement team in entitled to not show
    evidence of the complaint, rather the can act only and enforce the rules of the ToC and CoC. Good day What gives you the right ;)
